Verification Documents

Upload clear PDF, JPG, or PNG files. CAC, TIN, and NIN details will be checked automatically when API access is configured, then VilaStore will complete the final review.

Required: CAC certificate, CAC status report, tax document, letterhead, stamp/seal, owner ID.

One required: Ministry approval or operating license.

One required: Utility bill or proof of address.

Subscription Plan

Choose how this institution will pay for EduPortal access.

Monthly Plan NGN 250,000 1 month. Pay monthly per school. Termly Plan NGN 70,000 3 months. Pay once per term and save NGN 5,000. Standard NGN 75,000 minus NGN 5,000 discount.

Verification notice

After submission, you will pay the selected EduPortal subscription. Portal access will still only be granted after VilaStore reviews and approves the submitted documents.
